Welcome to A.U.R.A. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the A.U.R.A website, desktop application, and related services.

By accessing or using A.U.R.A, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use A.U.R.A. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

Some features of A.U.R.A require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Account → Manage Billing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• •attempt to gain unauthorized access to A.U.R.A or its systems;
• •interfere with the operation or security of the service;
• •use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes;
• •distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software;
• •abuse or attempt to bypass subscription or usage limits.

5. AI Services

A.U.R.A may allow you to use your own API keys for third-party AI providers.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any AI provider whose services you use.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of third-party AI services.

6. Intellectual Property

A.U.R.A, including its software, branding, logos, website, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of A.U.R.A unless permitted by law or with our written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using A.U.R.A.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate, upload, or process through the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep A.U.R.A available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer

A.U.R.A is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or that generated AI content will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A.U.R.A and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using A.U.R.A and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of A.U.R.A after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
